    wasn't that great- had to watch out for goose poop and holes/uneven ground. Then decided to work on sprinting. Not sure about time.

      I was dressed and ready to go outside all day, but things kept coming up and finally I went late and it was dark. I was pretty bummed, but it was ok.

  13. Had my easy 2 miles, so I thought I would work on my speed. The only problem is I took my 3 year old to the track with me and had too many interuptions. At least I finished!

      i wish I could listen to music when I run.. It's embarrassing to sing along on the treadmill at the gym, but I still do it sometimes

      I ran at the SEAS gym, no one was in the gym so I sang my heart out! I can't hold it in!
