Thought I found my new gym, but the leg press machine definitely made me rethink City Gym. Squats at 105#: 3x10; Ext (35#): 3x12; Walking Lunges (30#) + Bodywt squats: 3x15; Sidewalks with bands: 3x24; Core: incline sit-ups, 10# v-up ball twist. Twenty-Ones on LegPress (110#) 3x21. Lower back is achy due to straining to sit properly to range of motion desired with machine :( Not satisfactory.
