YIKES! here the day is about to end and I am just now posting. Went early this morn and glad I did as the rains moved in. Again, focused on speed/endurance over distance. Elated I got 2 swims in this week!


Nice work getting the swims in. I know it's hard to make the time somedays. Keep up the good work. Your doing awesome.
