    after cycling. No push off and alternated 100 swim/100 pull buoy for a couple of hundred. Did 100 kicks. Leg would sink but felt good to swim although slow and steady.

    River Cities Tri: was worried about running in the heat but run was through the park which was very shady. Icy towels offered along the way along with misters and sprinklers so very doable!
