    felt really good but can't wait to get back outside, get some more accurate MPH's cause i believe the gym bikes are a bit on the high side, which makes me feel good but need more believable numbers.

    rowing, 2000m, shed 36 seconds from yesterday, felt a lot better, however to be fair i hadn't worked out before rowing. Still, looking to be around 7 1/2 mins by the end of next week.

    rowing, did 2000m for the first time in a while, time was horrible considering used to do it in about 7:00mins, looking forward to workin it back up though

    Expected to be a little tired from the run but for some reason just couldn't get into a rythem untill about mile 11 and by then i was pretty exhausted.
