  1. How come there isn't a workout for shoveling? If there was that's what I did for 40 minutes this afternoon.

    Honestly I felt totally wiped in the water. Managed a 200 w/u followed by a 2x300 (100 kick/100pull/100 swim) then breast for 50 to cool down. My arms and legs felt soooo heavy. Not a good swim.

    Swam at the LTF in Kansas; nice pool. I wish I would have gotten there sooner they had a Masters swim class! I chatted with their coach and did my workout while they finished up. Felt good.

      Thanks! 160 days until Door County so this will keep me on top of training. Any thing scheduled for your races this year?

      Not yet, although I did do the tri u mah last weekend. I think I'll sign up one race at a time. I may do the Apple Duathlon in May, but we'll see.
