    well the good news is I ran. Bad news is I'm so out of shape. My lungs are on fire. My whole lower body is aching. At least I did it. Was not fun at all.

    For the first time in years I got up early (4:30a) and ran. Nice misty rain in a nice cool breeze. Felt good. So quiet so early. Great way to start the day.

    Heat and humidity was a major factor today, but felt pretty good and happy I got the mileage in. Good week of training and getting back into the swing of things.

    The good news is I got out there and did it and also my third day in a row. Bad news is that in addition to running 3.5 I also walked 1.1 miles. Heat 1 - Trifatlete 0. Glad I did it.
