    2 mile warm up, 10x400m, then cool down of almost two miles. Did core and a little elliptical during lunch too. 22 weeks until Boston.

    Just went at a relatively comfortable pace, wanting to get in 18k. 10 consecutive days of running for me now, and 45 miles for this week, so perhaps I'm starting to get back into it.

      Not sure what the logic is behind the 440's - maybe it is a track thing (outside track?). I following a 5k plan from the Cool Running website and it gives 880's and 440's for intervals

      I commented on FB but have to add how impressed I have been for years of your marathon pacing. You pace`m like a pro and that is something I would dearly love to achieve, even just once. Good job Trevor! You are my new "marathon hero".

      Fantastic result Trevor. Congratulations. Sounds like you were in control from the very beginning and a 38 second positive split is as good as perfect pacing (not much leaking from where I'm looking). The chafing will soon be forgotten, but your first BQ will certainly not. Enjoy the recovery.

    Easy after work run through Eaglewood subdivision. Revived my old Garmin and had it with me, but the battery died halfway into the run, so the time is approximate.
