    Spring break in Orlando Fl. Taking kids to Disney World and Universal. I will need a vacation after my vacation. Will try to get in a few runs if i'm not too run down.

      Yep, for runners, the knee is an exalted VIP and it must be kept comfortable and happy at all times! I haven't tried Pure Flow but I'm a lifetime Brooks man. Nice run today, Trekchick.
