Felt really good. Today was supposed to be my "easy walk" day. But I felt like a bike ride instead! I rarely bike, so this was a far ride for me. Loved it though! :)

Pretty good. My shins hurt here and there, but I slowed down when they started to hurt. I also lifted weights, did some ab workouts, and extra cardio on top of my training.

Casual bike ride, but the hills helped get a work out in. Also went for a little walk afterward.

I felt great! Did a walking/running training program. Also some weights. But I hope I didn't overdo it for my first day back!
