      Is it harder than p90x? Is it made by the same company?

      It's made by the same company, I am not sure if it is harder because I have never done p90x. The workouts are shorter than p90x and the program is 60 days instead of 90.

    Nice and cool, but crazy hilly. Mile 1 wasn't bad, but miles 2 and 3 were uphill. I set a new PR so it was worth getting up early. Great job Anna, Laura Michael, Alicia, Ben, and Kelly!
