Ok I did what Jill and Claudia said....
I went with body weight stuff, but wore the 20lb vest. I did 3 sets of:
Push ups
Chest ups ( a chin up, but touch your chest to the bar instead of chin)
Dips
Jump squats with knee to chest jumps
Then I did some heavy bag work and speed bag. I did this fast with no breaks, I'm a sweaty mess now, and I'm gonna take Heather B's advice and drink some beers now. Lol. Thanks DM friends, you rock!

    I want to do a chest up! Not there yet.... :( I can get close to my chest when I do a chin up, but w/ pull ups I'm glad I can just get my chin over the bar. :) Great job, Travis. Enjoy your brew!

    @Kirsten, ya I can't run, I feel like I'm dying when I run! Lol. @ Jenn, I'm pretty sure you can do that, I've read your workouts! Lol. @ Jill.... Its hard to belive you can not do chest ups... You are in amazing shape! You can probably do heavier KB workouts then me! Lol. @ Karen... Thanks!! I'm very much enjoying my beer!

    Lol! Ya Michael you lift like a machine and also run like crazy on top of that. Damn you runners! Lol. @Terri. The ab is feeling good, I think I'm all healed up. Luckily I was smart and actually let it heal.
