Recovery run, but I didn't feel recovered! Legs were stiff and had some pain, but I forced my way through it. My next half is in less than three weeks, and then it is full marathon training time!


Good job getting out there! Take your time on the recovery and training for the next half -- my thought is that slow and steady is the best way to train.

Thanks, all! I think I'll be better by Wednesday...just that dreaded lactic acid! I agree with you, David...pushing myself a bit harder lately to get the body ready for marathoning!
