    Wasn't expecting much but came in under my goal time for this year by 37 seconds. Great weather and a great atmosphere as always. The red socks were a nice touch in honoring Boston.

    Altitude training got me. Riding at 5,000 feet, even a flat trail along the river valley, brough on some fatigue. Thin air aint no joke.

    Ankle pain and shin cramp popped up again but I think the compression socks that got dryed in the dryer may have led to biggest circulation cutoff.
    Easy run with Eucha ride being the next day.

    The easy ride had some hills and I almost lost my dinner. Like swimming I should have waited an hour before mounting the bike.
