  1. RUN
    alright Neighborhood 7.15 mi 01:07 09:23 pace

Well, I guess I am back in the running game. I didn't hydrate well today and I could tell. It never felt like I was in the pocket during this run. By far the longest run I have done in 2 years.

  2. RUN
    good Ross Park/Martin/Drake 1.98 mi 00:18 08:59 pace

This is my first real run since... June. My shoulder is still a little too weak to take the bouncing for that long. Hopefully, after a few more rehab sessions it will be more stable. Missed you guy... read more

tired ROTC and back 2.55 mi 00:23 08:49 pace

Still being sore from frisbee last Thursday and being on my feet 26 hours my first weekend at Sinclairs Kowaliga made for a tough run. It is going to take some serious discipline for me to not get ... read more

great Gay and back (insert jokes) 2 mi 00:17 08:30 pace

I am guessing at the time. Quick run with John Scott. I could get used to him being up here. Too bad he is freaking moving to MS to do all that smart Dr. stuff.

tired Bruce Protocol for TigerFit 0.72 mi 00:13:10 18:17 pace

The Bruce Protocol test is miserable by itself, but it is even worse after running the night before. It was fun being the one taking the test instead of delivering it.
