    On my short program I was supposed to 8min mile for 8 miles. On my long program it was supposed to be 9:10min mile for 11 miles. So I guess this was a compromise of the two.

    Jog and 4x400 w/2 min rests with jog cool down. It has been a long time since I did speed work. Too much ice cream and not enough maintenance during off season. :-)
