      Thanks. I was running with my friend who's pace is faster than mine so I did what I could to hold for the first 8 miles. After that the place slowed down but I was burned out. This was a gut check run.

    Set a new distance PR. Crazy to think that I ran 30 miles and that this is only the beginning. Got to run this with my best mate and his father. It was really a memorable experience.
