      Good idea. I always find it demotivating when I have to build up fitness that I've lost knowing how much better and easier my workouts use to be. Who knows... sticking to the same mileage load you may even knock more minutes off your next half.

      Great return to it. I use to be achy after half marathons but not any more. Amazing how your body can adapt to these distances over time.
