20 minutes of stationary cycling keeping the rpm between 55 - 65
Circuit 1:
Step up x 10 each side
Swiss ball half squats x 10
1kg weighted leg lifts x 10 each side
Repeat x 3
Circuit 2:
Clam lifts x 10 each side
Single side leg lift x 10 each side
Bridge lifts x 10
Repeat x 3
5 minutes gentle stretching
Ice and elevation x 20 minutes x 3
