The same routine on Thursday that I did on Tuesday. Wednesday was a required rest day where I only did my daily stretches.
Cycling 15 minutes at 15km per hour (it is hard cycling this slow)
Eliptical 5 minutes with minimal resistance
Treadmill 5 minutes at 4km/hr (it is even harder walking this slow)
Strength:
Bicep curls 5kg each hand x 10
Chest flye 2.5kg each hand x 10
Dumbbell row 5kg x 10 each side
Overhead raise 2.5kg each hand x 10
Repeat x 3
Core:
Crunch x 10
Toe reach x 10
Side crunch x 10 each side
Leg raise x 10
Repeat x 3
Lazy Runner P. I definitely need to get back to your sessions. My strength and core performance has really deteriorated and I know that I am going to need both areas to be strong when I run again.


I think I should do this perhaps, slow cycling, slow elliptical.. Or perhaps I should just do nothing and accept fitness will go and then come back? You'll be back and runnign in no time Tracy, look how diligent you are at your excercises!
