10 minutes stretching
20 minutes foam rolling

Bum lifts x 30 and repeat
30 second plank with leg lift then 10 second rest x 5 and repeat
3. Tracy's physio exercises:
Slow modified squat x 20
Right leg modified squat x 20
Left leg modified squat x 20
Swiss ball 90deg bounce around on right leg x 10
Swiss ball 90deg bounce around on left leg x 10
