    I'm not sure why or how but my glute pain is moving down my leg. It felt nasty :/ Back to the physio Wednesday.

      Glutes, hammies and lower back are all connected and can cause lots of probs, it can effect your gait which in turn can cause more injuries, so my physio tells me. I think thats why I find it difficult as to why your physio said to continue training as you do when it could cause more problems. I really hope you can get this fixed Tracy
