      Try replacing your insoles and go back to the 'stock' ones. Give that a shot and see, you may have too much correction and that can equal sore knees.

    Holy Cow!!!! Wicked windy today and chilly...made this run tough I was definitely beet red in the face halfway through. But I did it =)
