Some bum pain but slow and steady fun run with the lulu crew on the way to Flipswitch so Vanessa and I could get these runners to the mat! What an amazing night - warm breeze, short sleeves :)

Am exhausted but as there was only a bit of speed work, I felt decently strong. Worked on my breathing and figured a few things out by playing around with rotation and calming my throat/neck/mouth.

After not going for 1.5 weeks, I broke the cycle of negative thinking around the impending doom of the 70.3 IM and went. Happy!

My hammy was not the happiest but legs are starting to get used to the transition. 1 mile right off bike, 4.4 km with Nike run club. A true tri day with am swim and pm bike run.

Soaked through but it didn't matter. Lots of brave peeps came up including Matt M. so it made for a nice little tempo. Hit some lights on the way back but felt decent.
