Morning came too early this morning, but managed to make it to the gym. Started with an easy 20 minutes at level 14, then 30 minutes at level 15, then 10 minutes at level 16 (which got my heart rate up).

    foot is much less sore today, but still "there".
    @Steve, the 21.6 gymcycle is at a gym the gym in Anaheim Hills, which I go to about once a month for a meeting or if I am needed at the office there. I'll be there in a couple of weeks.

    Nice ride. Glad your foot is feeling better. Is it a pin-point pain (like you can pin-point the pain with your finger)? Maybe if it doesn't get better, you should have it looked at. Could be a stress fracture. That area of the foot is really sensitive to stress fractures. I hope it isn't and you feel better soon!
