After a long-3day weekend with full days and late nights for the kids' last "hoorah" of summer, I was able to get up in time for a short run before work today. Started with 7:30/mile, felt good so increased mile 2 to 7:00/mile which felt good too, so continued to progress (mile 3 @ 6:40, mile 4 @ 6:18, last 0.42 @ 6:00).
