After some scary times last week I'm finally back on track.
The weight workout was good and relatively easy. I think I'm just a big fan of weight lifting.
The ab workout, however, was definitely challenging. I have a slight groin pull from hiking last week and I really felt it in some of the exercises.
That's okay though . . . it's all about being eXtreme!
