Mandagsjogg solo, med K1 i Spania og K2 på karusell. Løp veldig rolig for kroppen er fremdeles i ulage. Tok runden motsatt vei og det var igrunn ganske flott. Fikk en helt ny opplevelse av turen. Neste gang tar jeg den ned Skansen. Knatten var for hard på knærne. Mellom: Hesten 17:36, Skansen stasjon (enden av Hestebergvn) 24:49, Himmelen 34:40, Helvete 39:24, Knatten 47:43, SLP 57:28, 67:07.
