Mandagsjogg m K1 og K2. Det var utrolig tungt i dag. Var ute og syklet litt i går og melkesyren satt allerede i Årstadgeilen. Der kom straffen for lite sykkel og styrketrening. Måtte slippe opp bakkene, men fokuserte på å nyte turen i fantastisk høst-sol ! Mellan: 9.35, 21.34, 31.57, 37.17, 65.
