    First run in almost a week due to crazy schedule. Ran in circles at the Rec Center. At least it was air conditioned. I'm down 12 lbs since this journey began. Yay!

    Sunday's Cardio Interval Class - I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a step class with weights thrown in. I'll definitely be adding this to my weekly workouts. It was a lot of fun.

    Blazing hot so I ran the little indoor track at the rec center. Boring, but air conditioned. (I'm guessing on mileage - it's a little hard to keep track when it takes 14 laps to make a mile!)
