#FindYourStrong My grandmother a.k.a. Mommy inspires me to run. I feel bad for not being able to visit her in the hospital back home as I have committed myself to corporate slavery.

great Short Sunday Run 6.43 km 00:44 10:58 pace
Short and sweet. I wanted to do more but the rain started to pour on me at the start of my 6th km. I'm very glad for being able to squeeze this run tonight while my man was busy finding Nemo.

Wow Tootsie Two, you have the cap screwed on rather tight sister. If your heart rate was stable prior to the race more than likely you would be okay. DNS really does not amount to much because you are taking part for yourself. If the experience was going to be overly stressful why bother. Do a little some when you feel up to it, and devote more time to your art as we spoke of before. The boat tournament is something that would really be so much fun to do.
