    So slow, but first run since the marathon that I actually felt relaxed and truly enjoyed it. Hooray! My running mojo is back!! Now to work on getting my "speed" back, lol!

    Holy shaking legs and arms!! Wasn't sure what to expect from a Yoga Barre class, but it was quite a workout. I was sweating like a beast and could barely walk when it was over. Good stuff!
