    It was a good run, but I certainly felt that it was colder than the stated temperature of the mid-50s. The breeze caught me just right to give a bit of a chill along the spine.

    I did an added workout today. While my daughter swam, I was in the Power Shack doing some upper body work. I did more than I usually do, but I still had time to get a quick run on the treadmill.
