    Nice run, hot pavement.

    Too much gravel to do the whole thing barefoot.

    Went well, much faster than last year. Barefoot all the way, slightly tender tootsies for a few hour afterward but that's all.

      Never go back, Tony ! I think we must be very gradual, your feet will get used again, contact, restraints, calluses will recover ... No problem, keep me informed about of your progress ... Be happy, regards !
