      Miss Ghana - I didn't actually carry a water belt, because I don't like them much. I just carried a water bottle in my hand and switched hands as one hand would get tired.

    Ran a nice, quick run this morning around the subdivision. Hit some nice hills, which slowed me up a bit. All in all, this was a great run.
