    Ran out Woodson Road and then down St. Charles Rock Road. Weather was too nice to stay inside for lunch.

      They are a lot of fun. On Wednesday nights afterward we go to Three Margaritas and get a beer and some food. Saturday mornings we go to St. Louis Bread Co. Sometimes these two runs are my only exercise for the week.

    Started off good, but got really hot and had to slow down. Course was really long for a 10k.

    Ran stage 200 of the relay with several people that were really entertaining. You know it is a good run when your body is feeling better at the end than when you started.

      So exciting to see another DM friend doing One Run! I'm doing stage 295, next Thursday. The ladies i'm running with run 10 min miles too...it'll be hard to slow down that much but it'll be fun!

    Temperature was magnificent this afternoon for a run. Unfortunately my tummy wasn't getting into the run, but I still enjoyed it anyway.

    Ran with Fleet Feet tonight. Slowed it up a bit tonight since my hip has been bothering me. Ran with Chris at his pace.

    Ran the Al Foster trail and down the trail on 109 with some friends. Weather was a bit chilly but with the clothes I was wearing, was comfortable.
