    +5c. Don't let the pace fool you, this was a tough slug through the ravine & deep snow with my future hubby. Heart rate was pumped the entire walk. Feels so great to walk about!

      Sounds wonderful just seen you have a muscle condition! You should be super proud X my daughter has a condition with muscle issues being one of the many ailments, I can imagine how much grit it must take for you to train xxx well done love the pics
