    Amazing, I am loving this slower pace for distance runs and particularly will when it gets hot and the mileage increases. Beautiful day, high humidity but an easy run.

    Post Ragnar yoga...so needed. I realized that I made stride changes that I learned last week on my third leg of the relay so I nailed my quads but good. I am all better now.
