    Played with some "hills" on the mill. 14, 11, and regular of 1.5 to 3 for the most part. The steep ones were more less choppy walk. Something a little different.

      Great job getting a few in. Every bit helps. Ran outside today and it was pretty nice. Just when you get used to the treadmill, running outside seems a lot harder!

    Flu here, ripped through our house last week… I am at about 90% now just don't have the oomph to go out yet. Still have heavy lungs (coughing a lot). Maybe by Wednesday.
