First training team run in a while. Couple of challenging hills. Even though it was raining & cooler, the humidity was rough.


Great run Tom. I wish I could come to the Patrick Henry half this year, but my mother-in-law is having her 75th birthday party that day. Have fun and try not to get too hot.
