    Great workout tonight with the HRR Crew. Hill workout so the legs are starting to get back into order i just wish these dang shin splint will go away. but i refuse to stop running lol.

    First time trying out aqua jogging and i must say that it feels good to get away from the constant pounding of the concrete.

    Awesome run today! really starting to reak the benifits of cross training and hard work. even though its only 4.6 the goal is to start to maintain a quicker pace for longer runs.

    Great night for a run ! missed out of my HRR buddies tonite so i hit the streets for a evening run. after a quick warmup i was able to keep it around 8:30 - 9:00 pace the whole time.

    Great run today ! legs felt extremely good today. those last few days of strength and speed interval training really are starting to pay dividends.
