    Interval day.....warmed up OTW out and did alternating 0.1 and 0.2tenths OTW back....with walking 0.1 as rest interval. I'm loving the 0.1 parts....the 0.2 parts not so much.

    Note to self: hottest day, midday and humid is not the day to pick to up interval distance. Despite only getting in 3 intervals in warm and humid 80s, was still a nice midday run.
