      Walking is certainly ok! The warmer weather can certainly impact our performance level. It is always wonderful to have completed the process knowing all the training that went into the event.

  3. Decided to skip my next to last run before the marathon. It was only a 4 miler, but when I look at what the total miles for the week are thus far, it looks pathetic.
