    First mile was 9:00 then 9:20, then 9:59. Starting out too fast I guess. Hills were hard today coming back. First run in shorts outside this year though. Low-mid 50's.

    Probably the best I've felt all week. I ran the hills faster than the flats I think. Ready for a couple of days off though. ONE MONTH RUNNING 5 DAYS A WEEK!!!!
