    Rode with a friend. First thing he says to me is, "do you like to pedal downhill? I like to coast." So it was a lazy kind of ride.

    Right before my last 5, I realized I needed to hit 4:32 to finish in 45 mins even (which is an average of 4:30/5 laps or 0:54/lap). I made it with 3 hundredths of a second to spare.

      Yeah, rode through many of the places we used to run with WCRR. The views down by crown point and such are wonderful.

    Super crowded in the pool today! I made up for my new-found slowness by swimming a little extra distance. Getting my money's worth!
