    Right before my last 5, I realized I needed to hit 4:32 to finish in 45 mins even (which is an average of 4:30/5 laps or 0:54/lap). I made it with 3 hundredths of a second to spare.

    Decided to do this instead of ride because it's going to be a busy day. Sad I didn't get to ride and it's quite a steep hill going to hilltop park!

      I thought that was the one. Can't beat it for convenience ... you can walk to and from the race if you needed.
