    Came home and did a Tabita Run (first one ever). Much harder than it looks on the Crossfit Endurance video.

      Everything but the tabita was outside. The treadmill was given to us by our last landlords, i.e. they did not use it or want to move it. We have kept it to exercise the dog when we are running late in the morning. This was my first use. Translation: Justification, excuse, excuse, excuse. . .

    2 mile sprint in the rain. The dog has been sick, so I did not want her to go another round due to the weather. As normal, she beat me.

      Yeah, power cleans. Pretty sad, huh.
      The bottom quarter of the movement gives me trouble, especially when I get tired. I always seem to whack my knees or shins. I have tried dropping weight and work on good form. Slowly but surely I think I am getting there.

    Run 400 meters
    10 weighted pullups
    20 weighted pushups
    20 weighted dips
    30 knees to elbows with the weight vest on.

    25 minutes.
