      Very nice, Tobie! That's a really fast time considering you walked the last 7 miles. Did you go off like a rabbit? Feeling good at the end says you had the conditioning to pull it off. We have a few more ultras planned the rest of this year. Hope you join us!

    Rested yesterday but ran today. Hip was bothering me some but not terribly and by the end of the run I felt great so I survived my first fall. Surprised I had not fallen sooner in fact!
