      Sarah - It's kind of depressing how out of shape I've let myself get...but no sense beating myself up, the important thing is I'm doing something about.

    Didn't do much tonight. 20 minutes swimming & sat in sauna for about 10 minutes.

    Good. Was hoping to run 4 minutes w/out stopping - only made it 3 though. Also did 2-2 minute running intervals after the 3 minute interval. This is the most I've ever ran! :-)
