Wanted to get some idea of how long it's going to take me to hobble 3 miles at the color run this Saturday.

Perhaps it would be better if you just walked fast the whole way? I'm guessing the pace would probably be the same and maybe hurt less?

um, can you ride a bike maybe? Take a scooter to cut down on the pain?

Tiph, if I remember correctly it's your hamstring? I don't thinking walking would be bad if it doesn't hurt, but if you're using the word "hobble," don't race. You could really damage it further and be out of running totally for three months like dummy here who decided a hilly run with teens was a great idea when I could barely walk!

feel better! the color run is so much fun and very relaxed so don't worry if you have to walk to at all :) btw great job getting in the miles!
