      really good negative splits! that's lame about the blisters. I hope they get better fast and don't interfere with other good running in the next few days.

      @ Gina ~ I Bought Kinvara 4's in my usual size 9 but feel that I should have bought them a half size smaller. I've placed my Kinvara 3's and 4's side by side and can definitely see a size difference.
