    Hmmm, ok guess...a bit of a struggle in the second half... had been raining all day but found a gap. Had to put up with the mugginess though.

    I simply started out to fast and got a little overwhelmed as I went along. I hate having to walk at times (briefly) and then my brain starts talking loudly. Disappointing really.

    It felt so good to reach the 10K mark, if you had asked me when I started it all seemed so far away. The run, albeit a little slow, felt great and at least it was constant.
